1981- present David has been Canada's premiere comic magician and has traveled the globe making people laugh for the last thirty years. He has a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Canadian Comedy Magic Seminar and has been nominated at the Canadian Comedy Awards for "Best One Man Show" and "Best Variety Act." He is an award winning writer and member of the Writers Guild of Canada. He has written for Film & Television for over fifteen years and is the director and executive producer of "Off the Hozzle", a comedy golf travel show on CBS Sports Network. He has written for the Canadian Comedy Awards, was a writer and host of Global TV's sports trivia show "Game On" and "Get a Grip on Golf" and in 2017 was a cast member and writer on Super Channel's hilarious "Too Much Information."


January 21 2008 David opened his own company Home Invasion Studios, where he has written six new TV pilots and nine feature-length films. His comedy movie "Switched at Death" won the Best Feature Screenplay award at the 2018 Canada International Film Festival and was a finalist in the 2020 Houston, Atlanta and Portland Comedy Film Festivals, the 2020 Paris Lift-Off Film Festival and was a Semifinalist in the 2020 StoryPros International Screenplay Contest and the Mediterranean Film Festival Cannes. His suspense thriller "The Cage" was the winner: Best Feature Screenplay 2021 New York Tri-State International Film Festival and was a Finalist: Best Feature Screenplay 2020 Sydney Lift-Off Film Festival. He lives in Toronto with his wife Cathy and three children, spending half of his time performing and the other half writing, directing and producing.
